Frequently Asked Questions
Should all four variations of each lesson be the same length?
No, because children’s attention spans vary at each level.
As a guide:
Preschool – 15 to 20 minutes with a movement break or a related song with actions included.
Beginners – 25 to 30 minutes.
Intermediate and Advanced – 40 to 40+
The length of a lesson will also vary depending on if the lessons are taught as part of a homeschooling model or within a church environment.
What do I do if some of the lesson plans look the same as the lesson before or after my target level?
Sometimes the Preschool and Beginners lessons, as well as the Intermediate and Advanced lessons, share some of the same content. However, there are differences in the activities or the depth of coverage for each group. Beginners can expect a broader scope of work compared to Preschoolers and similarly Advanced children will find more in-depth material than Intermediates.

Do I need to use the NiRV Bible translation?
No, use the translation that you and the children you teach, are familiar with.
Can I share my curriculum with family and friends?
Yes and no.
Yes, you can share this resource within your household where the licence has been purchased. If your church has bought resources from The Bible as Library TM , you can share them with your team for ministry. However, please don’t share with your wider family and friends. Instead, encourage them to purchase the resources or bundle packs themselves.
